Complex intervention, in an apartment on the fourth floor of a building of the 40s, in the area of Porta Romana.
The renovation involved the division of the appartment into two units, the smaller of about 40 m² and the larger of 95 m², to which the attic was attached, to be used as a study room.
The change of use was carried out.
To connect the new room, located in the attic with the living room, an internal wooden staircase was created.
In order to grant light and ventilation to the room in the attic, two skylights were installed in the roof, due to a request for a “landscape impact assessment”.
