The agency was inaugurated in 2000, and is part of a territorial expansion project of the Banca Popolare di Luino e Varese.
The property is located in the centre of the ancient village of Sesto Calende, a small Lombard town at the southern end of Lake Maggiore.
The renovation preserved the historical elements of the property, with the introduction of furniture and technology, necessary to perform the various functions.
The architectural design was based mainly on the functionality of the spaces, also through the choice of linear and pleasant finishes.
