Articulated renovation project for apartment located on the second floor of a building of the early ‘900 in Genoa Nervi.
The project aimed to divide the original 100 m² apartment into two smaller autonomous units: a studio apartment of 30 m² and a two-room apartment.
The total renovation has preserved the original Genoese grit flooring and the stuccos on the ceilings, operating with new instalations on the perimeter walls.
The long and narrow corridor has been customized with linear custom lighting system integrated in the false ceiling.
